That is repulsive and fascinating. I think I want to throw up, but I can't stop looking. I always enjoy market picturs from other countries. Thanks (?) for sharing, Will.
I have never seen pink manta or stingrays before...interesting. Of course I have never opened one up either. Guess I did not even know that people ate them. More Yuck.
this may be old child's play to you, but have you eaten shark yet? as a boy, i remember seeing shark hides hanging in the fisherman's market in cote d'ivoire.
also, seen any eagle vs. shark encounters?
ive eaten sharks fin soup, but that's it. i dont think ive seen any shark restaurants around here.
