the stretches and exercises koreans do are absolutely ridiculous. i literally shake my head when i see them. the one constant in most korean stretches is the rythmic pulling are bending: the one thing i remember hearing over and over one shouldn't do. i have to say though, they are all pretty flexible. when i sit on the floor to eat, i can barely walk afterwards, and they dont even notice.

if i saw someone vibrating like that around here, i'd be calling 911. looks more like a seizure than stretching.
