big city life

so whenever i went to a big city before i always noticed how people seemed to ignore everyone around them and just stare ahead or not pay any attention to anyone else. from a smaller city, i always made eye contact with everyone. this freaked some people out i think when i was in paris one time.

but now i know why they do it. so that crazy people wouldn't mess with them. i tried to buy some fruit from this guy that works across the street from my apt. (it was a great disaster) and ever since he has not left me alone. he has thrown chestnuts at me, poked me with a broom handle, grabbed my arm so hard when i walked by that he left scratch marks, and one time i was walking to the atm and i didn't see him walking by and he swiped his old man finger between my hip and thigh. when i turned around thinking, 'what the crap just happened' he was laughing at me.

one time i was on a subway platform and an old korean man came up to me and started shaking my hand. i thought he was asking for money or something. he started shaking his finger in my face (not in a mean or angry way), saying something in korean. then he let go and slapped my butt as hard as he could. now i realize he was saying, 'im going to spank you one time. JUST ONE TIME!'

it was good talking to you yesterday. it was the bomb.com

we need to talk again when i'm not trying to get to church. the quality of my conversations definitely goes down when my attention is split.

i will talk to you one time! JUST ONE TIME!

(i can't imagine that happening to anyone... ever)
