maybe the implication is that you should support the world toilet assembly because some kids are sad about having to poop on the ground.

i think more likely is that i am the one obsessed with butts and toilets.
I wish i could be surprised but Rush was talking about htis group two or so years ago, they spend alot of our tax money...
sigh, oh well at least now we can make bad puns about where the government really flushes our money.
