to the pc room!

the first thing i do is check myself out in the mirror in the elevator. there is an incredible mirror to people ratio here and it is really messing with my head.

view from the co-op from the street

view of the street from the co-op. that's the national medical center in the background. not really sure if it is a hospital or not. maybe i should look into that as it might come in handy.

turn right, pass the sports store and the plant store and the money exchange store.

i always take a second to look at the fish. they're usually having a good time, especially the ones swimming upside down.

on the way to the PC room. i ALWAYS stop at the GS25 for some milk. notice the boston bar on top. whenever im feeling nostalgic for the old west, that is the place to go.

so much to choose from.. do i want coffe milk, banana milk, strawberry milk, or regular milk? who am i kidding? chocolate milk. i drink 2-3 chocolate milks a day.

i finally found denmark milk about a month into being here. all that other stuff tastes like it has gone bad or something. i think it is not pasteurized maybe. denmark milk tastes great though. in korea milk is "oo-yoo"

after i get my milk i head out and cross the street. there is is lotteria. (blech!)

i walk down the alley and here i am at the pc room! whew!

Chocolate milk was impossible to find in Japan, much less strawberry milk. What a wonderland Korea is!

Em....lotteria = S. Korea Micky D's which serves.... Kimchee burger, shrimp burger and ?? squid burger? Do they actually have one of those Will? And something similar to a Big Mac?

I know Lotterias were in Japan when I lived in Calif. ~ 1970's. AND...were known for recycling efforts even way back then...AND probably way ahead of Calif in that movement....unlike Jack-in-the-Box! I would love to see a pic of their food when you eat there sometime Will.
