i cant help but post this. i watched this movie, the gospel according to matthew, a few months ago and really loved it. it was written by an italian guy named Pier Paolo Pasolini. it is a very different depiction of Jesus than we are used to. i wont spoil the movie for you, but be prepared for a major plot twist in the end. i really want to watch it again in its entirety. alas.
